PTP 990 - Dissertation: Pre-Candidacy

Admission to the PhD program in Physical Therapy; PTP 820, PTP 821, HCR 621. (1-3)

Self-directed, independent study and guided study designed to prepare students to pass the qualifying examination and be granted candidacy status. The examination process includes submission of a written document, an oral presentation, and a question and answer period. Students meet regularly with their dissertation committee chair(s) and/or members, one-on-one or as a group, to discuss and get feedback during qualifying examination preparation and completion. May be reelected for credit. Graded Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory/Y
